Thomas Datwyler is an accounting and compliance professional recognized for his experience in campaign finance, treasury operations, and regulatory reporting. As founder of 9Seven Consulting, he has spent more than a decade advising political committees, nonprofit organizations, and businesses on financial management, budgeting, and compliance strategy. Under his leadership, the firm has supported hundreds of clients nationwide, helping organizations maintain accurate reporting practices and navigate complex federal and state regulations.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Datwyler has overseen large-scale accounting operations for high-profile political campaigns and organizations, including responsibilities related to financial forecasting, reconciliations, and Federal Election Commission filings. He is known for building customized accounting systems that improve efficiency while maintaining strong compliance standards. In addition to managing a growing team of professionals, he regularly works with evolving accounting technologies and cloud-based platforms to streamline reporting and operational workflows.
Thomas Datwyler earned his degree in accounting and finance from Bethany Lutheran College, where he was also active in collegiate athletics. Outside of his professional work, he is a dedicated endurance athlete and longtime participant in competitive running events. He has completed races ranging from local 5Ks to international marathons, including all six World Marathon Majors and multiple Boston Marathons. Active in regional running organizations, he continues to pursue long-distance racing while balancing his professional and community commitments.
